利用等效杠杆法分析自动变速器接合元件的布置

摘　　要：利用等效杠杆法对三自由度双行星排和三自由度三行星排行星齿轮变速器为了实现各种传动比时所需离合器、制动器的数目与安装位置进行了深入的研究。分析出自动变速器在换档过程中需要结合与分离离合器与制动器情况;可以方便地判断接合元件的布置方案是否使得自动变速器换档时方便;能够简单明了地表达接合元件在自动变速器中的布置情况,并通过实例验证了该方法的正确性。The paper used lever analogy to study the installation positions and numbers of clutches and brakes needed for the two types of three-DOF planetary gear transmissions that have two or three planetary rows to implement various transmission ratios. The lever analogy can judge which clutches or brakes should join or separate at each gear shift and whether the layout scheme of joint elements can make gear shifts convenient and clearly express transmission routes of joint elements during gear shifting. The application of this method to BMW 5HP-24 shows that the use of lever analogy for analyzing the layout of joint elements is correct.
