摘  要:优化设计和制造出并联天平样机,设计了天平的全等臂惠斯通电桥,并依据分压原理,给出电桥的输出电压。通过专门设计的静态标定实验,标定出样机天平的实际力雅可比矩阵,与理论计算的力雅可比矩阵基本一致,分析了产生二者偏差的原因。应用单元加载和综合加载方法,标定出天平的精度和准度。研究结果表明该天平精度和准度指标高,证明了天平的设计和制造是成功的。A optimal prototype of parallel balance is fabricated in the paper, whose wheatstone bridge of equal arm was designed. The output voltage of the bridge was given according to the voltage division principle. The force Jacobian matrix of the prototype parallel balance was calibrated using the specially designed static calibration equipment, the calibrated Jacobian matrix being in approximate agreement with the theoretically calculated one. The cause of the difference between the two matrices was also analyzed. To calibrate the static performance indexes of the parallel balance, the multi-component calibration and the single-component calibration were employed. The experiment shows that the parallel balance is highly accurate, thus proving the success of its fabrication.
