提高共轨高压供油泵工作能力的试验研究

摘　　要：通过对常用的几种共轨高压供油泵的结构和原理的分析,提出了对泵油部件进行改进的方案并进行了性能测试。测试结果表明:新方案可显著提高高压供油泵的工作能力,并使泵油效率也得到改善。Based on the analysis of the structures and principles of several kinds of different high-pressure common-rail pumps utilized at present, new structure of pumping component were designed, and some performance was checked. Testing results show that new design has great contribution to improve the capability of pump, and meanwhile, delivery efficiency is improved.
