摘 要:采用螯合树脂浓缩柱预富集低压离子色谱分光光度法测定海水中痕量的铅.对于2.0 μg/L的Pb^2+溶液,测定的相对标准偏差为2.9%(n=8);将该法应用于不同盐度海水中铅的测定,获得满意结果,标准加标回收率在94%~101%之间,该法可以识别Ⅰ类海水,可以测定Ⅱ~Ⅳ类海水.Trace lead in seawater was on-line concentrated on the chelating resin column prior to its determination by low pressure ion chromatography - spectrophotometry. Optimum experimental parameters, including the pH, the concentration column length and speed, the desorption time and flow rate, the color developer flow rate and the salinity were studied in detail. The linear range of the calibration curve was 0.0 - 50.00 μg/L with a correlation coefficient of 0. 992 4. The detection limit was 1.28 μg/L and the relative standard deviation for lead in seawater was 2.9% ( n = 8). The method was successfully applied to the determination of lead in seawater with a recovery range of 94% - 101% .
