摘　　要：现行失地农民住房安置一般采取统建分购、统管代建、统管自建等模式,这几类模式都具有相对的适用性与局限性。鉴于此,应从住宅形态与社会形态的关系、住宅小区对失地农民社会资本的影响以及住宅规划与城市和谐发展等方面选择目前失地农民的住房安置模式,研究其中一些值得关注的问题。The current residence allocation to the land - lost peasants is generally carried out by the ways of united construction and respective purchase, united management and substitutive construction, united management and self - construction, and so on. However, the above ways show their relative applicability and limitation. Therefore, the modes of residence allocation to land- lost peasants should be chosen by the relationship between residence form and social form, the impacts which residence places show on social capital of land - lost peasants, the relationship between residence planning and city harmonious development, and others. And, there into, some problems need to be further studied.
