摘　　要：首先简单介绍了移动多媒体广播中提供业务信息的电子业务指南(ESG)规范,然后重点阐述了ESG生成和解析的算法,比较了不同算法实现上的优劣,并对生成和解析实现的详细过程予以介绍,最后得出ESG生成与解析的最佳实现方案。This paper briefly introduces the ESG specification in the Mobile Multimedia Broadcasting System. Then the Algorithms in the creation and parsing are advanced. Meanwhile, some comparison and contrast between different algorithms are demonstrated. The focus is on the specific implementation process of the ESG creation and parsing. In the end, the paper comes to a conclusion on the best approach of creating and parsing ESG.
