摘　　要：从系统论和控制论角度,分析了企业资本结构优化的系统特性,以及其包含的系统元素、耦合关系与系统结构。根据系统目标和瞬变行为方式,认为优化是一种闭环程序下的随动控制,据此设计了带干扰补偿与反馈控制环的优化流程。最后,以系统控制的有效性和稳定性为原则,提出基于连续时间的最优控制模型和保持系统运动动态平衡的方法。Based on systematic point of view and cybernetics theory, this paper is to analyze the system characteristic of corporate capital structure. Focus of the analysis is on probing the essential factors, coupling relations and the system structure that affect optimization of capital structure. According to the system goal and transient behavior, the optimization is thought as a kind of closed loop procedure with nimble control, from which the optimizing flow with disturbance compensation with reaction control is designed. Finally, taking validity and stability as the principle of system control, optimum control model based on continuous time and the methods maintaining dynamic equilibrium of system movement are proposed.
