摘　　要：界定了城市创新系统的概念、结构和特征,提出了城市创新系统子系统创新能力评价的指标体系,并对武汉市城市创新系统的创新能力进行了评价。最后,提出了提升武汉市城市创新系统创新能力的对策。This paper confines the connotation, structure and characteristics of city innovation system, and designs the evaluation index of its innovation ability. Then this paper evaluates the innovation ability of Wuhan city innovation system and puts forward the countermeasures in upgrading its innovation ability.
