Views on Building up a Thick Slab Caster and Improving the Quality of Products

摘　　要：为实现全连铸、提高产品质量，建议建厚板坯连铸机、改进底吹Ａｒ。It is suggested in the article that an additional thick slab caster should be built to replace the original 1.5 Mt mould casting,so that 100% concasting in No.1 steelmaking plant will be realized.In the meanwhile,some proposals are put forward for improving Ar bottom blowing,performing 900℃ charging perfectly,as well as pilot scale production of heat resisting tube steel for ultra supercritical boilers and mandrel steel.
