摘 要:泥页岩地层井壁失稳理论及工程应用研究已发展成为既有理论基础、又有实践目标的工程技术。根据这一领域的研究现状及问题的实质,将深井泥页岩地层的井壁稳定性研究分为基于连续介质理论的均匀地层井壁稳定性研究、层理性地层井壁稳定性研究、裂隙性地层井壁稳定性研究以及井壁稳定性物理化学机理研究等方面,并对各理论研究的进展情况进行了总结。指出:以孔隙弹塑性力学为基础的均质地层井壁稳定性分析理论和计算方法基本成熟,而具有显著“结构性(层理、裂缝)”的泥页岩地层井壁失稳问题仍是目前研究的重点和难点。需要从结构性地层的变形破坏特性、钻井液在结构性地层的渗流特征以及渗流对结构性地层的力学特性的影响规律等基础研究出发,开展泥页岩地层井壁稳定性综合研究是今后的发展方向。Borehole unstability theory of shale and its application in engineering has progressed into a stage that includes both theoretical basis and practice target. Based on current research situation and the nature of the problem, this paper discusses the borehole stability problem and its research situation of deep shale from four aspects, namely borehole stability research of homogeneous formation based on continuous media theory, borehole stability research of stratification formation, borehole stability research of fractured formation and physical-chemistry borehole stability mechanism research of shale. Results indicate that the theoretical analysis and calculation method of homogeneous formation based on porous elastoplastic theory are completed, while the borehole stability problem of shale that has obvious “textural anisotropy (stratification and fracture)” is current research focus and difficulty. It is concluded that the borehole stability research of shale based on the deformation-failure characteristics of textural anisotropy formation, the seepage feature of drilling fluid in textural anisotropy formation, and the influence of seepage on the mechanics of the shale will be future research trend.
