摘 要:疏水缔合聚合物分子链上疏水基团的引入使其溶液具有独特的抗剪切性能,从而在油气田开采领域具有广阔的应用前景。为了研究该溶液的抗剪切机理,文章在淡水和模拟油藏条件下对疏水缔合聚合物溶液的粘度在剪切后的恢复情况进行了测试。结果表明,与部分水解聚丙烯酰胺HPAM相比,不管是在淡水还是模拟油藏盐水中,疏水缔合水溶性聚合物具有很好的剪切稀释性和抗剪切性,进一步证明了疏水缔合作用对缔合聚合物溶液的抗剪切性的贡献,从而可以指导油气开采用缔合聚合物的施工设计。Hydrophobically associating polymer solution has special shearing resistance performance because of introduced associating base group, so there is a wide application prospect in oil gas exploitation. In order to study the mechanism of shearing resistance of this solution, the characteristics of shear recovery and shearing resistance of hydrophobically associating polymer AP4 solution are tested under the condition of freshwater and simulating reservoir. The experimental results show that AP4 whether in fresh water or simulating reservoir brine have good shear thinning behavior and shearing resistance in comparison with HPAM, which have more proved that hydrophobic association action effects on shearing resistance, thus this can instruct the construction design of hydrophobically associating polymer used in oil and gas exploitation.
