摘  要:目的观察一氧化氮抑制剂氨基胍对烫伤大鼠肌钙蛋白I的影响。方法Wistar大鼠60只,雌雄不拘,体重200±30 g,随机分为对照组(假伤组)、烫伤组和氨基胍组(烫伤前20分钟经腹腔内注入氨基胍40 mg/kg,余同烫伤组)。30%Ⅲ°TBSA烫伤,烫伤6小时后观测心脏功能、CTnI及血清NO水平的变化。结果烫伤后大鼠心脏舒缩功能明显下降,氨基胍抑制NO的形成加重了烫伤大鼠心肌损伤。结论氨基胍抑制NO生成加重了烫伤大鼠的心肌损害,提示NO对烧伤后早期心肌具有保护效应。Objective To clarify the effect aminoguanidine on cTnI after severe Burn in Rat. Methods 60 Wistar rat were inflicted with 30% TBSAⅢ° scald and received with lactated Ringer's solution following Parkland' s formula. They were divided into three groups: control Group, scald group and aminoguanidine group. Catheter were inseredt from left carotid to ventricle and myocardial function were monitored. The nitrite of blood and cTnI were assess& Results Rat myocardial function was reduced significantly after severe Bum which might be aggravated by Aminoguanidine. Conclusions Protective effect of nitric oxide on rat myocardial damage from severe scald has been demonstrated.
