摘　　要：本文对HⅠ钢冶炼成分的选定,生产工艺、中温性能、系列冲击、钢的晶粒粗化温度、低周疲劳试验及钢的组织检验作了较全面的叙述与分析,结果表明舞钢生产HⅠ钢的工艺是可行的,钢板质量、各项性能均满足技术条件及德国DIN17155—83标准的要求,并有一定的富裕量。This article makes all-round description and analysis of selection of melt composition,production pro-cess, properties at medium temperature ,series impact .grain coarsing temperature, low cycle fatigue test as well as structure inspection of H I steel,Results show that the process used by Wuyang Iron and Steel Co. for pro-ducing H II steel is feasible. Quality and various properties of the plate all meet specification and requirements of German Standard DIN17155 -83 with certain redundancy.
