摘　　要：目的探讨恶性肿瘤伴发带状疱疹的治疗。方法采用抗病毒药物干扰素、阿昔洛韦全身和局部治疗,维生素B、维生素C、止痛等支持治疗,暂时停止抗肿瘤治疗。结果单纯局限性带状疱疹3.5d治愈。播散性带状疱疹平均10.5d治愈。结论干扰素既能抗病毒,又能广泛应用于肿瘤治疗,加上局部涂擦阿昔洛韦霜剂和全身支持对症治疗恶性肿瘤伴发带状疱疹效果显著。Objective To explore the treatment for malignant tumor complicated with herpes zoster. Methods The antiviral drugs including interferon （ITF） and acyclovir were used systematically and locally,respectively.Applied Vitamin B, Vitamin C and acesodyne to patients meantime.The anti-tumor therapy was paused. Results Patients of herpes catarrhalis were cured in 3.5 days.Patients of disseminated herpes zoster were cured in an average of 10.5 days. Conclusion ITF was a kind of antiviral drug,plus it could be applied to tumor therapy generally.The effect on malignant tumor complicated with herpes zoster was remarkable that associatied ITF with acyclovir cream and surpportive therapy.
