摘  要:目的分析和探讨三维CT虚拟重建个体化预制的医用树脂和羟基磷灰石(EH)复合人工骨材料行颅骨修复的效果。方法从2003年1月至2006年5月,我科利用计算机三维CT虚拟重建和计算机数控成型技术,使用个体化预制成型的EH复合人工骨材料对98例颅脑损伤术后颅骨缺损患者进行颅骨缺损修复。结果98例不同部位颅骨缺损修复手术均圆满完成,随访6个月,总体外观满意,效果良好。结论用个体化预制的EH复合人工骨材料修复颅骨缺损,成型效果较好,术后并发症较少,是一种比较理想的颅骨缺损修复材料。Objective To analysis and explore repair effect of individual epoxide acrylate maleic and hydroxyapatite (EH) compound implants prefabricated by CT imitation three-dimensions rebuilding technique on cranial bone defect in patients with cranial bone defect. Method From January, 2003 to May, 2006, the cranial bone defect was repaired by the individual EH compound implants in 98 patients with cranial bone defect due to craniocerebral trauma. Results The repair of cranial bones was completed successfully by the EH implants in all the patients. Following-up for 6 months showed that the looks of all the patients receiving EH implants are satisfactory and repair effects are good. Conclusions Individual prefabricated EH implant is an ideal material of repairing cranial bone because the looks are satisfactory and there are few postoperative complications in the patients with cranial bone defect repaired by the EH implants.
