摘  要:研究了芘丁酸与Cu(Ⅱ)离子作用的荧光光谱,发现在pH=7.6的弱碱性溶液中痕量Cu(Ⅱ)离子对芘丁酸的荧光产生猝灭作用.在最佳实验条件下,其相对荧光强度与Cu(Ⅱ)离子浓度之间有良好的线性关系,线性范围为6.5×10^-6~4.8×10^-4mol/L。检测限1.1×10^-6mol/L.据此建立了测定Cu(Ⅱ)离子的分析方法.该方法简单,用于合成样品的测定结果令人满意.In this paper, the fluorescence spectra of 1-pyrenebutyric acid with copper (Ⅱ) is studied; the fluorescence intensity of 1-pyrenebutyric acid is quenched rapidly by the addition of trace amount of copper (Ⅱ) in pH 7.6. Under optimum conditions, the ratio of fluorescence intensity in the absence and presence of copper (Ⅱ) was proportional to the concentration of copper (Ⅱ) over the range 6.5 × 10^-6-4.8 × 10^-4 mol/L. Its detection limit is 1.1 × 10^-6 mol/L. Based on this approach, a new quantitative method for copper (Ⅱ) assay was presented in this paper. This method is simple and has been applied to the determination of copper (Ⅱ) in mixed samples with satisfactory results.
