数显式汽车轮胎充气枪的研究与设计

摘　　要：汽车轮胎的内压不足易造成汽车侧偏刚度变差,影响汽车操纵稳定性;内压过大在行驶中易造成爆胎,是许多交通事故的原因之一。因此,汽车轮胎充气时要测量内压。数显式汽车轮胎充气枪采用了独特的结构,它能在充气的同时实现同步测量和内压调节,并实现了充气和测量压力的数字显示。Too small pressure of tire affects the stable operation of vehicle, such as the incline rigidity is decrease of vehicle. Too much inner pressure of tire causes detonation, which is one reason of many traffic accidents. For this, it is very important to measure the inner pressure of tire when inflate. Digital display for tire inflation gun studied in this paper has specific construction; inner pressure will be adjusted and measured synchronously in this service, furthermore, inflation and measure pressure will be displayed in digital by liquid-crystal.
