摘 要:针对深井、高油气比油藏,常规管式泵抽油存在气体影响大、泵效低、作业工作量大等问题,研制了一种环形阀式防气杆式抽油泵。讨论了环形阀式防气杆式抽油泵的结构和工作原理、密封材料对环形阀工作寿命的影响、泵的选井条件、适应范围、注意事项以及现场应用情况等。在室内对不同沉没度、不同油气比下泵的容积效率进行了模拟测试:当油气比在300m3/t以内时,泵的容积效率可达60%以上;油气比在1500m3/t时,泵仍不会出现气锁。现场应用表明,在油气比为250m3/t左右时,可提高泵效10个百分点,同时还能减少作业工作量。In consideration of the problems in deep wells,reservoir with high oil and gas ratio and as well as high influence,low pump efficiency and high pump maintenance of conventional tubular pump,a annular valve type and gas preventive sucker rod pump is developed.The structure and principle of the annular valve type and gas preventive rod pump and as well as the effect of sealing material on the operation life of the valve,pump operation conditions,range of its adaptability,points for attention and field application are discussed.A volumetric efficiency of the pump is simulated in laboratory under different submergences and different oil and gas ratio.When the oil and gas ratio is within 300m3/t,its volumetric efficiency can be as high as 60%.When it is at 1500m3/t,there will not be a gas lock in the pump.Field application shows that when the oil and gas ratio is about 250m3/t,10 percent of pump efficiency can be raised,and its maintenance can be reduced as well.
