摘 要:在导向钻井钻具组合结构中,本体稳定器、上稳定器的选用与计算外径,以及螺杆弯角的选用,对用全力增、减方位时的侧向力有影响,可用来评价导向钻井钻具造斜特性,分析和设计导向钻具组合。现场使用结果表明,螺杆本体稳定器采用偏心式时计算外径与丈量直径存在偏差;上稳定器对钻头侧向力具有较大的影响,可以优化设计;螺杆弯角对钻头侧向力影响较大,需合理使用。In the structure of downhole assembly for steering well drilling,the selection of tool stabilizer,upper stabilizer and calculated outside diameters,the selection of screw bending angle have influence on the side force of azimuthal increase and decrease,it can be used for evaluating the deflecting characters of steering drilling,analyzing and designing the steering downhole assembly.Field application result shows that for eccentric screw stabilizer,there exist errors of calculated outside diameters and measured diameters,the upper stabilizer has severe influence on side force of drilling bits,and it can be optimally designed,while the bending angle of screw also has severe influence on bit side force,and it should be rationally used.
