摘 要:为寻求计算公路隧道内车辆行驶最佳速度的有效方法,将车速、流量、车流密度、能见度、CO浓度、风速、路面状态、时段、工作日、节假日10个影响指标归结为交通状况、环境状况和交通需求3类因素,给出了具有2层模糊决策结构的最佳速度模糊逻辑算法,并进行了算法设计和仿真。仿真结果表明:该方法能针对隧道交通流的实际情况,充分利用与速度密切相关的信息来确定最佳速度,克服了传统算法依赖历史数据或建模困难的缺陷;得到的最佳速度实时性好,准确性高,可为隧道内行驶速度控制提供可靠的依据。To seek an effective method for computing the vehicle's optimum speed in tunnel, an optimum speed fuzzy algorithm with two layers fuzzy decision-making structure was present, its algorithm design and simulation were carried out. In this algorithm, the vehicle' speed, flow volume, density, visibility, CO consistence, ventilation quantity, road surface condition, period of time, work days and holidays were divided into traffic condition factors, circumstance condition factors, traffic requirement factors to form a two-layers fuzzy decision-making structure. The simulation results show that this algorithm can avoid the difficulty of establishing the model of traffic flow and relying on the past datum comparing to the traditional algorithm, it roots in actual traffic flow conditions and takes full advantage of the information closely related to speed, the optimum speed is good in real-time and accuracy, it can provide credibility gist for tunnel speed control. 2 tabs, 5 figs, 8 refs.
