摘 要:玉门青西油田窟窿山逆掩推覆体老地层挤压破碎严重,且裂缝发育,地层倾角60°左右,地层产状变化大,钻井过程中井斜控制难度大,制约了青西地区钻井速度的提高。为此,该油田在青探1井钻井过程中首次试验应用了Power V垂直钻井技术,井斜角控制在0.5°以内,平均机械钻速2.14 m/h,与邻井相比提高了52%以上,且无井下复杂情况和事故发生,顺利完成了该井第三系推覆体地层易斜井段的钻井任务。分析了青探1井地质特点及钻井技术难点,介绍了Power V垂直钻井原理、技术特点及现场试验情况,分析了试验应用效果,对下一步青西油田垂直钻井提出了建议。Because of the complicated formation, the developed fractures and about 60° high formation dip angle in Qingxi reservoir of Yumen Oilfield, it is very hard to control the well deviation, which prohibits the increase of the penetration rate. Therefore, the Power V technology was used firstly in d Qingtan 1, with wellbore inclination angle controlled within 0.5° and average penetration rate of 2. ng Well 14 m/h which is 52% higher than the offset wells and no down hole problems and no accidents. It successfully completed drilling of Well Qingtan the tertiary sequence nappe formation. This paper analyzed the formation characteristics and the technical difficulties in drilling and introduced theories of vertical drilling of Power V, technical characteristics and filed application. This paper analyzed the field application results and provided the suggestions for vertical drilling in Qingxi Oilfield.
