摘 要:胜利临盘油区济阳坳陷惠民凹陷营子街断裂带在钻井中易出现井壁严重失稳垮塌现象,针对该区块地层特点,通过室内试验,优选出了适合该区块的一种多功能水基钻井液体系,用正电胶、聚合物控制地层造浆,用聚合醇、双保型纳米乳液(SDJ-3)增强钻井液的防塌性,并对该钻井液体系的性能进行了综合评价。现场应用表明,该钻井液体系具有良好的流变性,携砂能力强、润滑效果好、抑制性强、性能稳定且能防止井壁失稳,保护油气层,提高机械钻速,实现近平衡压力钻井。There are serious problems of wellbore collapsing during drilling in the fault formations in Linpan, Shengli Oilfield. According to characteristics of that formation, a multifunctional drilling fluid system was identified based on the experiments. The positive colloid and polymer are used to control formation slurry making, and SDJ-3 are used to strengthen the anti-collapse property. The this frilling fluid system was evaluated comprehensively. The field application results indicate that this drilling fluid system has the good rheological property, good solids-carrying capability, good lubricity, good inhibitive ability and stable performance and this system can also help preventing wellbore collapse, protect formation, increase penetration rate and realize the near-balanced drilling.
