摘 要:在油气田开发过程中,油管和采油系统流道截面突变、弯管等特殊部位(如从油管到四通、弯管、阀门、节流阀等部位)腐蚀较严重。对于油管来说,经常出现油管本体还是完好无损而油管接头被腐蚀穿孔的现象,分析认为,流场诱导腐蚀是其主要原因。分析了流场诱导腐蚀的机理及特点,借助现代计算流体力学,模拟API圆螺纹油管接头流道结构中的流场分布,发现API圆螺纹油管接箍中部“J”形区存在较明显的流场诱导腐蚀现象,并提出了减轻螺纹部位腐蚀的技术措施,包括加内止推台阶、在“J”形区添加工程塑料环、采用API偏梯形螺纹等。During reservoir development, corrosion in some parts is very serious, including cross sections with sudden change in tubing and production pipes, or elbows (guch as parts from tubing to cross, elbow, valve, intercepting valve, etc. ). It generally is found that the tubing is still good while the corrosion channels are found in many connections. Analysis indicates that flow-induced corrosion is the main reason. This paper analyzed the theory and characteristics of flow-induced corrosion. The flow flied in the connections of API round thread tubing was simulated using computational fluid dynamics. It was found that "J" loop zone in the connections of the API round thread tubing has the serious flow-induced corrosion. The technical measures to reduce the corrosion were proposed.
