摘 要:在水平井地质导向钻井过程中,井下钻具振动易导致井下FEWD测量仪器损坏,造成巨大经济损失。分析认为,钻井参数、井斜角、钻具组合和钻头是导致井下钻具振动的主要原因,防止FEWD测量仪器因井下钻具振动而损坏的一种最有效的方法就是通过井下传感器DDS监测井下钻具的振动。结合振动传感器DDS的工作特点,分析了DDS测量值与钻具振动的关系,给出了几种典型钻具振动(包括钻头弹跳、扭转振动、钻头涡动、钻具涡动、横向振动和振动耦合)出现时的DDS测量值变化情况,提出了相应的预防和控制井下钻具振动的技术措施。以桩12-平3井为例,介绍了井下钻具振动的判断与控制措施的实施情况。准确判断井下钻具振动并采取相应的技术措施对于有效保护FEWD测量仪器、提高钻井综合效益具有重要意义。During the horizontal drilling, the vibration of drilling string will easily cause the damage on the FEWD equipment and a huge economic loss. The analysis indicates that drilling parameters, well deviation angle, drilling assembly and drill bit are the main reasons for the vibration of drilling string. An effective method to prevent the damage on the FEWD equipment is to use the sensor DDS to monitor the vibration of the drilling string. Combined with the characteristics of DDS, the relation between the measured value and the drilling string vibration were analyzed. The changes of the DDS value in several typical drilling assemblies and the corresponding measure to prevent and control the drill string vibration were provided. The determination and measure of the drill string vibration were introduced in Well Zhuang-12-Ping-3. The accurate estimate of the drill string vibration and the corresponding technique are very important to protect the FEWD equipment and increase the comprehensive efficiency.
