膨胀型硅丙乳液防火涂料的研究

摘　　要：以硅丙乳液为基料，按正交设计法进行实验，用耐燃时间为主要考察指标，对阻燃体系中各组分的配比进行了研究和优化设计，制备出防火性能好、各项技术性能优异的膨胀型防火涂料。The fireproof coatings were prepared with silicone-acrylate emulsion as binder. The formula of the fire-retardant system in this coating was determined by orthogonal experiments. Besides, the physic-chemical and fireproof properties were also examined in this study. The results show that the properties of this fireproof coating can be satisfied with the needs of application.
