摘　　要：环境宣传教育工作,重点要抓落实,而落实的关健在基层,做好基层环境宣教工作,要努力实践“牢记一个宗旨、明确三方面内容、教育要抓好三大群体、宣传要发挥三方面作用”的基层环境宣传教育工作方法。Environmental education and promotion work, focusing on grasping implementation, and the implementation ot the customs alive the grassroots level and improve environmental education, should try to practice the ＂one purpose in mind, clear in three aspects, we should grasp the three groups, We must play the role of three ＂grass-roots environmental education and promotion work.
