摘　　要：在分析体育教学特征,教学模式,教学方法的基础上,在新课程标准实施中对体育教师的思想、知识、能力等方面的素质作了具体分析,并通过学习,培训、科研、教学活动等方面探讨体育教师素质提高的途径。This article is a detailed analysis of the physical education teachers＇ quality on their thoughts, knowledge and abilities on the basis of analyzing the physical education teaching characteristics, teaching patterns and teaching methods during the course of carrying out the new subjects. It has probed the ways to improve the physical education teachers＇ quality by driving them to study to be trained to do scientific research and to teach skillfully.
