摘 要:在微波辐照下,以硝酸钴,硝酸钕为原料,酒石酸为络合剂,利用氨水调节反应溶液的pH,制备了凝胶,并利用远红外辐射干燥箱烘干凝胶,制得复合氧化物的前驱体,采用热重及差热分析对前驱体进行分析,用马弗炉分别在500,600,700,800℃下焙烧得黑色粉体。采用X射线衍射(XRD)和红外光谱(IR)等现代分析测试手段对粉体的结构、粒径进行了分析和表征。结果表明,在不同的焙烧温度下制备的钙钛矿型稀土复合氧化物NdCoO3纳米微粒的颗粒大小和晶面的完整程度都是不同的,得出制备NdCoO3微粒的适宜焙烧温度为700℃。The precursor of composite oxides NdCo03 was synthesized from Co(NO3 )2·6H2O and Nd(NO3 )3 · nH2O with sol-gel process by microwave irradiation using tartaric acid as complexing agent and ammonia used to control the pH of reaction solution. The precursor was then characterized by TG-DTA. It shows that black powders are successfully prepared when heated at 500,600,700,800℃ with Ma- fu furnace. The products obtained were characterized by means of physical techniques including IR and XRD. The results show that under different synthesis temperatures the composite oxides NdCoO3 with different size and integrity of crystals can be prepared. The appropriate synthesis temperature of NdCoO3 is 700℃.
