摘　　要：目的:测定谷丙甘氨酸胶囊中谷氨酸、丙氨酸、甘氨酸含量。方法:采用SSEXSILODS(250H4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,0.05mol/L的醋酸钠溶液(pH6.4):乙腈:水(70:15:5)为流动相的高效液相色谱法。结果:谷氨酸、丙氨酸、甘氨酸分别在132-308μg,48-112μg,24-56μg范围内线形良好(r=0.9998,0.9997,0.9996);平均回收率分别为99.8%,99.8%,99.7;RSD分别为0.54%,0.62%,0.72%。结论:该方法简便快速,适用于谷丙甘氨酸胶囊中3组分含量的测定。Objective To establish a method for determinationg of the content of glutamic acid,alanine and glisin in the three-layer capsule. Method The method of determination by HPLC was that the column SS EXSIL ODS（250^＊4.6mm,5μm）was adopted,the mobile phase consisted of 0.05mol/L natrium acetate solution,Acetonitrile and water （70：15：5） was used.Resuh The linear calibration curves were obtained in the separate range of 132-308μg,48-112μg,24-56μg（r=0.9998,0.9997,0.9996）.The average recovery were 99.8%,99.8% and 99.7%,respectively.The RSD were within 0.54%,0.62% and 0.72%. Conclusions The method is simple,rapid and suitable for the determination of the contents of glutamic acid,alanine and glisin in the three-layer capsule,
