摘　　要：目的探讨跨中线翼点入路在特重型脑对冲伤手术中应用。方法回顾性分析12例特重型颅脑对冲伤患者采用跨中线颞筋膜间翼点入路进行手术的病例资料,与同期16例患者采用标准大骨瓣手术治疗进行对比。结果12例患者的预后优于采用常规手术方法患者的预后。结论特重型脑对冲伤的患者宜采用跨中线的筋膜间翼点入路。Objective To summarize the clinical operation rescue experience in patients with severe traumatic brain injury （TBI）. Methods The clinical data of 12 patients with severe traumatic brain injury, who were received operation through pterion approach, were analysed retrospectively. Results The results indicate that operation significantly improves outcome in severe TBI, better than large craniotomy （LC）. Conclusions Pterion approach for craniotomy is recommended for severe TBI patients.
