更新农民观念 推进新农村建设——关于河北农民思想观念的调查与思考

摘　　要：更新农民观念,培育新型农民是新农村建设的迫切需要。河北农民观念尽管有了很大转变,但仍然存在传统保守、消费畸形、法制观念淡薄、重男轻女等不适应新农村建设的思想观念。造成河北农民观念不适应新农村建设的原因是多方面的,既有自然、历史、体制、社会原因,又有农民自身因素。因此,应在健全农民观念更新的基础设施、引导农民树立新观念、开展社会主义荣辱观教育、提高农民科学素质、增强民主法制观念等方面下功夫。It is a vital demand of establishing new villages to renew farmers＇ concept and cultivate new farmers, Although there are changes in farmers＇ concept, there are still such old ones as traditional conservatives, abnormality in expense, lacking of law concept, attaching more importance to the male but less on female, There are many reasons that caused Hebei new village construction left behind, which include reasons of nature, history, system and the society, and reasons of the farmers themselves, This article suggests that we perfect the basic facilities, lead farmers to renew their concept, conduct socialist Honors and Disgraces Education, improve farmers＇ scientific quality, and strengthen their law concept.
