河南省篮球传统项目学校现状调查与发展对策

摘　　要：采用文献资料调研、调查、数理统计和逻辑分析等方法对河南省篮球传统项目学校工作状况进行了调查研究。结果显示,篮球传统项目学校的教学训练工作是卓有成效的,为篮球运动竞技人才的培养做出了贡献,但在其改革与发展过程中也存在诸多问题。针对目前篮球运动后备人才不足的现象,提出了调整布局,完善监管制度;拓展筹资渠道,尝试多元化运行模式;切实发挥“体教结合”的优势,加强科学化训练,进一步完善人才培养机制等对策。Through using the method of literature, investigation, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this paper makes investigation on working condition of traditional basketball schools in Henan province. The result shows that the training and education of traditional basketball schools is fruitful and makes contribution to sports talented cultivation. However, there have many problems during the reform and development. Based on the shortage of basketball sport talented reserve, this paper put forwards feasible suggestions such as the structure and arrangement adjustment, regulating system perfection, the funds channels raising, pluralism running mode, taking advantage of combination of sports and education, strengthening scientific training, further improving the mechanism of talents cultivation.
