摘  要:目的:从肾细胞凋亡角度揭示耐力训练提高机体抗疲劳能力的机制。方法:24只雄性SD大鼠随机分为控制对照组(C)、力竭运动组(LE)、耐力训练力竭运动组(ET),于力竭运动后24 h取材,肾脏凋亡细胞检测采用TUNEL法,Bcl-2、Bax蛋白表达检测采用免疫组化法,并检测NO生成能力。结果:ET组力竭运动时间显著延长(P<0.01),Bcl-2蛋白表达明显高于C组和LE组(P<0.01),NOS活性显著低于C组(P<0.05)、非常显著低于LE组(P>0.01);各组的肾细胞凋亡指数、Bax蛋白表达、Bax/Bcl-2和NO浓度差异不显著(P<0.05)。结论:耐力训练机体抗疲劳能力提高,与恢复期肾组织细胞Bcl-2蛋白表达增高、NOS活性降低、NO浓度水平正常,凋亡细胞少有关。The purpose of this study was to observe possible mechanism that endurance training can enhance anti-fatigue capability by investigating renal cell apoptosis. Twenty-four male Spragne-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control group (C), low intensity exhaustive exercise group(LE)and endurance training group (ET). The kidney tissue was sampled at 24 hour after exhaustive exercise. The apoptosis, Bcl-2 and Pax protein expression of renal cell was investigated with TUNEL and immunohistochemistry method. The result showed that In ET group,rat exhaustive exercise time was significantly prolonged (P〈0.01). Compared with C and LE groups, Bcl-2 protein expression of renal cell was obviously increased (P〈0.01), the NOS activity was decreased (P〈0.05 ;0.01). The rest were insignificantly different between three groups (P〈0.05). It concludes that endurance-training can enhance anti-fatigue capability through increasing Bcl-2 protein expression, decreasing NOS activity, obtaining NO content and inhibited apoptosis caused by exhaustive exercise in kidney tissue.
