摘　　要：本文详细介绍了高电压电容型设备绝缘在线监测的核心难点问题,即设备介质损耗角的测量,分析传统测量方法和结构形式存在的问题,为准确提取信号的基波分量,提出了基于电容分压原理的采样方法,给出了一种基于人工神经网络的介损计算方法,采用浏览器/服务器(B/S)模式,实现基于 Web 方式的绝缘监测信息查询系统。This paper, discusses the dielectric on-line monitoring of a high-voltage capacitive equipment .The main difficulty of the dielectric monitoring and diagnosis technology is the measurement of the dielectric phase angle of the equipment. A sampling method is proposed to pick up the fundamental wave of the signal precisely. A new calculation method of dielectric loss based on ANN is introduced in detail. A WEB-dielectric information inquiry system is presented based on the B/S mode.
