摘　　要：本文给出了液压成形工艺中成形力和压边力的实现方案,设计了基于 PLC 和变频器的监控系统软硬件结构,并介绍了 PLC程序和上位机程序编制方法,最后使该系统得到成功应用。This paper proposes the method of realizing the forming force and the pressure-pad force in the hydroforming process. The software and hardware structure of the monitoring system based on the PLC and converter are introduced,and the method of programming is outlined. Finally this system is applied successfully.
