摘　　要：本文介绍了水蒸汽真空泵的工作原理及结构特点。阐述了真空度故障的特点,真空度故障的成因及规律。从理论和实践两方面讨论了影响真空度的因素。同时简要地介绍了目前我们的真空度故障诊断技术。Describes the operating principle and design feature of the multistage water vapour injection pump （MWVIP）. Discusses the characteristics and causes of its vacuum fault and generalizes their behavior. The influencing factors on the vacuum faults are investigated theoretically and experimentally, with the practical fault diagnosis methods used to this system set out briefly.
