摘　　要：本文通过分析第十届全运会田径比赛的金牌格局分布,总结出了中国田径优势项目的地区,指出了田径人才培养要发挥举国体制的作用,加大对田径基地的投入,着重发展优势项目,要积极挖掘和培养后备力量,把优势项目所在的地区作为培养后备人才的基地。Through analyzing the gold medal distribution of athletics in 10th National Games, this paper summarizes the region in China, points out that the one country system function Should be exerted in track and field cultivation of competitive talent, increase investment to training base, focus on developing advan- tage events, source and cultivate the backup talents actively, make the regions with advantage events as the base for cultivating backup talents.
