摘　　要：本文运用体育心理学的理论探讨了大学生篮球运动员情绪体验的一般共性和特殊性。并对大学生篮球运动员在比赛中的情绪变化和影响情绪变化的主要因素进行分析,提出了在实践中稳定情绪的手段和方法。Through using the theory of sports psychology, this paper discusses the common point and parti - cularity of emotional experience of college basketball players, makes analysis on main factors of influencing emotional change during competition and put forwards the method of maintaining the emotional stabilization in practiceo
