摘 要:针对冲模产品及其设计特点,提出了基于粗糙集理论与实例推理技术相结合的冲模CAD方法。给出了基于粗糙集理论的冲模实例知识表达系统模型,阐述了实例知识的存储和实现策略,并围绕实例的检索,讨论了冲模实例的相似度和特征属性权值的计算方法。通过利用粗糙集理论对实例特征属性重要度进行计算,可实现特征属性约简,抽取出重要的属性作为检索依据,并得到各特征属性的权值,有效地克服了传统的实例检索中权值确定对主观经验的过分依赖。最后,以冲压件排料间隙的确定为例,说明了该设计方法的有效性。Aimed at the designing characteristics of die products, the die CAD method based on the combination of roughness set theory and case reasoning technology was put forward. The model of case knowledge expression system of die based on roughness set theory has been presented, and the stor- age and its realization strategy of case knowledge were expoun- ded. Go round the searches of living examples, the calculation method of similarity and the characteristic attributive weight of die cases were discussed. By means of applying the roughness set theory to carrying out calculations on the importance of characteristic attribute of cases may realize the reduction of characteristic attribute, taking out the important attributes as the basis of search, and obtained the weight of each characteristic attribute, and effectively overcame excessive dependence on the subjective experience for the determination of weight in the traditional searches of living examples. Finally, taking the determination on the clearance of materials arrangement of punching parts as an example the effectiveness of this designing method was explained.
