摘 要:建立了椭圆齿轮驱动的结晶器非正弦振动系统动力学模型,推导了动力学方程。研究表明,与正弦振动系统相比,椭圆齿轮驱动的结晶器非正弦振动系统不但刚度矩阵随曲柄位置变化,质量矩阵和阻尼矩阵也随曲柄位置变化;振动系统的弹性振动激励除基波外,还包含高次谐波分量,连铸机正常工作时,不仅基频要远离固有频率,幅值较大的谐波频率也要远离固有频率,这是正弦振动中不存在的问题。The dynamics model of non-sinusoidal vibration system of crystallization utensil driven by elliptical gears was established, and its dynamics equation was derived. The research showed that when compared with the sinusoidal vibration system the non-sinusoidal vibration system of crystallization utensil driven by elliptical gears is not only the rigidity matrix varied along with the position of crank but the mass matrix and the damping matrix varied along with the position of crank as well. The elastic vibration excitation of vibration system includes high ordered harmonic component as well besides the basic wave. While the continuous casting machine is working regularly, not only the basic frequency should be kept far from the inherent frequency, the harmonic frequency with a rather large amplitude value should also be kept far from the inherent frequency as well, and this is not an existed problem in the sinusoidal vibration.
