摘 要:介绍了转筒式车用电涡流缓速器的结构原理,运用虚拟边界法将内热源进行了简化处理,建立了转筒式电涡流缓速器的转筒三维模型。基于三维有限元模型,提出了电涡流缓速器制动过程中转筒温度场的计算方法。计算与试验结果对比表明,采用三维有限元模型计算能比较精确地反映转筒温度场的分布,且能够有效反映转筒温度的瞬态变化,验证了建立的三维有限元模型及其瞬态温度场计算方法的正确性。The structural principles of rotary cylinder typed electro eddy current retarder used in automobile were introduced. A simplification treatment was carried out on the inner heat source by applying the virtual boundary method so as to build the 3D model of rotary cylinder of the rotating cylinder typed electro eddy current retarder. Based on the 3D finite element model, the calculation method for the temperature field of the rotary cylinder in the braking course of electro eddy current retarder was put forward, The contrast of calculation and tested result indicated that by adopting the calculation of 3D finite element model could comparatively reflect accurately the distribution of temperature field of rotating cylinder, and could reflect effectively the transient variation on the temperattlre of rotary cylinder, thus verified the correctness of the established 3D finite element model and its calculation method of transient temperature field.
