摘 要:利用APDL语言,建立了辊压机机架有限元模型与优化设计模型,采用耦合节点自由度的方式处理机架各部件间的螺栓和销轴联接,同时对螺栓联接的预应力,采用温降法加以考虑。优化设计结果表明,机架中各钢板的厚度分布趋于合理,第一主应力降幅显著,机架强度能够满足工程应用要求。Frame assembly finite element model and optimization design model of rolling press were established by the use of APDL language, adopting the degree of freedom manner of coupling node to deal with the bolt and pin shaft joint between each component of frame assembly, and at the same time take the prestressing force of bolt joint into consideration by adopting the temperature dropping method. The result of optimization design indicated that the thickness distribution of each steel plate in the frame assembly was tending towards reasonable. The amplitude deduction of first main stress was evident, and the strength of frame assembly was able to satisfy the requirement of engineering application.
