摘　　要：目前,国内学界对企业社会责任的基本内涵已达成基本共识,但是如何从法律角度特别是经济法的角度,构建企业社会责任制度,还需要进一步的研究。文章拟以经济法理论为背景,从经济法特有的视角来揭示企业社会责任的法理所在,以期为构建我国企业社会责任的实现机制提供理论资源。Nowadays, the academic circle has defined basic meanings of corporate social responsibility in studies, which pushes the development of corporate social responsibility in theory.But scholars in our country haven＇t discussed the question how to control it in law .This thesis tries to study the construction of corporatc social responsibility system in view of cconomic law,in order to provide theory for the construction of our social responsibility.
