摘　　要：民营企业是建设创新型国家的生力军。近年来,衡阳市民营经济出现了前所未有的蓬勃发展态势,已经成为衡阳农村经济的主体和全市国民经济中的半壁江山。如何进一步推动民营企业发展成为当前衡阳市经济发展的一项重要任务。文章在分析衡阳民营企业发展的现状、遇到的障碍和问题的前提下,总结其发展的经验教训,有针对性地提出了进一步发展衡阳市民营企业的若干意见和建议。Civilian- run enterprises are important power in building creative country. In recent years, Hengyang civilian-run economy, which have become the main body of Hengyang rural economics and half part of Hengyang national economy, has gotten the highest flourish than before. How to promote civilian- run enterprises to a higher position becomes an important task. By analyzing the current situation, obstacles and problems of civilian- run enterprises＇ development and summarizing the experiences and lessons, this paper presents some opinions and suggestions on developing Hengyang individually- run enterprises.
