摘　　要：论述了在图书馆设立学科馆员的重要性及学科馆员的职责,提出了学科馆员要完成咨询工作所必须具备的基本素质。This paper expounds the importance of setting up the subject librarian in library and the responsibility of the subject librarians, and advances some basic qualities that the subject librarians should possess for the purpose of finishing the reference work.
