摘  要:目的:建立水中多种挥发性卤代烃的测定方法。方法:采用顶空毛细管气相色谱法测定水中碘甲烷、三氯甲烷、1,2-二氯乙烷、三氯乙烯、1,1,2-三氯乙烷、四氯乙烯、1,1,2,2-四氯乙烷、四氯化碳等8种卤代烃。结果:用建立的方法对人工合成水样进行测定,平均加标回收率为82.56%-113.69%,变异系数为1.23%-7.84%。最低检测限为0.00045-48.79μg/L。对自来水的分析中有5种卤代烃检出。结论:所建立的方法简便、快速,具有较好的精密度与准确度,可用于水中挥发性卤代烃的测定。Objective:To establish a new method for determination of volatile halohydrocarbons in water. Methods:Headspace gas chromatography was used to determinate eight halohydrocarbonsmethyl containing iodide, chloroform, 1,2 - dichloroethane, carbon tetrachloride, trich - loroethylene, 1,1,2 - trichloroethane, tetrachloroethylene and 1,1,2, 2 - tetrachloroethane in water. Results:Artificial samples were determined by this method. The recovery, RSD of artificial samples were 82. 56% 113. 69%, 1.23% - 7. 84% ,respectively. Detection limit was 0. 00045 - 48.79 p,g/K Five halohydrocarbons were found in tap water. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate. Therefore, it is suitable for detection and analysis of volatile halohydrocarbons in water.
