摘　　要：人文关怀的话题不但在实践领域需要引起重视,而且在图书馆学教育与研究环节也需要强调。文章指出目前我国图书馆学领域存在对人文操作的忽视现象,而人文操作作为实现人文关怀的必然途径,在世界各国已被充分强调。论文具体讨论了人文操作的实施问题,并提出了在培养人文操作环境过程中各类组织的责任。Humanistic care should be emphasized not only by library managers, but also by library science educators and researchers. In this paper, the author advances that neglect to humanistic operation is a main limitation of today＇s library science education and research. However, humanism operation is inevitable approach to humanistic care. This paper has a discussion on how to carry out humanistic operation, and yet puts forward some responsibilities of several kinds of organizations for humanism operation circumstance.
