摘　　要：高校图书馆开展社会服务需投入的资源有多大、对高校师生的影响如何,是制约此项服务能否在各高校图书馆普遍开展的重要因素。本文通过科学的分析论证,指出数字信息服务是高校图书馆社会服务的可普遍开展模式。They are very important factors for restricting the service sustainable development that the costs to university library servicing society and the influences to the university teachers＇ and students＇. With scientific analysis and detailed discussion, the author points out that digital information service is the mode of universal development for university library servicing the society.
