摘  要:目的:建立海南广藿香 CO_2超临界提取物中百秋里醇含量测定方法,以实现对 GAP 规范化种植基地广藿香药材的质量控制。方法:采用气相色谱法,SE-54弹性石英毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm),进样口温度250℃,检测器温度280℃,载气为 N_2,程序升温。外标法计算含量。结果:百秋李醇在0.245~2.45 μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9993),平均回收率为98.4%(n=9)。结论:该方法可用于广藿香药材 CO_2超临界提取物中百秋里醇的含量测定,可实现对广藿香药材的质量控制。Objective:To develop a GC method for determination the content of patchoulic alcohol in CO2 supercritical fluid extracts of Pogostemon cablin Benth. in order to control quality of Pogostemon cablin Benth. in the Good Agriculture Practice(GAP) base of Hainan. Method:The capillary GC method and SE -54(30 m ×0. 32 mm ×0.25 μm) quartz capillary column were adopted. The injector temperature was 250℃, the detector was FID at 280℃, the carrier gas was nitrogen. The column temperature was programmed. The content calculated with external standard. Results: Patchoulic alcohol showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 245 -2. 45μg(r = 0. 9993 ) and the average recovery was 98. 4% (n = 9). Conclusion :It can be applied to determine the content of patchoulic alcohol in CO2 supercritical fluid extracts of Pogostemon cablin Benth. and can control it' s quality in the GAP base.
