煤层气产业发展中存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：我国煤层气资源丰富、勘探开发技术不断提高、市场潜力大、并有产业规划作保障,煤层气产业化的基本条件已具备。但目前煤层气产业仍然是幼小产业、并且开采初期投资高,投资回收期长,煤层气储层性质有待深入研究,这些问题严重困扰煤层气产业化的发展。为实现煤层气产业化,应采取实施碳税政策、补贴优惠政策、加大人才培养力度、促进下游利用等项措施。The paper first analyses the current situation of coal bed gas resources in China,this is: China is rich in coal bed gas resources;the techniques of exploration and exploitation is steadily improving;It has great market potentialities and proper industrial plan.So there is abasic requisite for coal bed gas industrial application.Meanwhile,the paper points out some problems that beset seriously the development of coal bed gas industrialization,these include: the industry is still immature with high investment at the beginning of extraction and long payout period.The papaer offers some measures required for coal bed gas industrialization: some policies should be adopted,such as preferential policy for alloeance;strengthening personnel training and promoting utilization of lower reaches.
